Why did you choose to serve in hospice? As a social worker, I’ve always been passionate about holding space for people during emotionally complex times. Hospice allows me to use those skills to help patients and their families navigate end-of-life with support, clarity and compassion while honoring people’s stories, affirm their worth and walk beside them in their final journey. .
What do you enjoy most about being a part of the SouthEast Hospice family? I truly enjoy being part of the Southeast Hospice family. The members of this team put their heart into the work and it shows as we support one another making the hard days easier and the meaningful moments even more special.
